2011 PIÑATAFEST CAR SHOW RULES, REGULATIONS AND REGISTRATION
Date: Saturday, September 10, 2011
Place: Conoco Building Parking Lot
(426 N. Main St., Roswell, NM)
To All Show Entries: the intent of this form is to inform you of the rules of the Car Show. The rules are as follows:
1.
The Roswell Hispano Chamber of Commerce and show organizers will not be held liable for any damage that Car Show Patrons inflict (if any) on your vehicle or show entry. (In other words, watch your entry/vehicle.)
2.
It is the responsibility of each entry for security of their vehicle and clean-up of any spills made by the vehicle and/or occupants.
3.
All entries MUST have some type of insurance on the vehicle/entry for damage etc. (Does not include Low Rider Bikes).
4.
NO entry is allowed to use hydraulics or air bags during the show. Vehicle SET UP begins at 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The vehicle MUST remain in the position set by the owner and must remain in the position throughout the duration of the show. 

USE OF HYDRAULICS OR AIRBAGS DURING THE SHOW





IS CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.





















5.
Car Show begins at 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. NO show entry shall move the vehicle until allowed (After 3:00 p.m.)
6.
Electrical lights are allowed during the show. All cords must be taped, or covered by a rubber mat.
7.
Sound Systems cannot be used during the show at any time except during set up at a low volume.
8.
The Roswell Hispano Chamber of Commerce shall not be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise/vehicles or the exhibitors. Exhibitor/entrie hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Roswell Hispano Chamber of Commerce and all of the owners of real property with Roswell, of, from, and against any and all claims, damages, costs, fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees), and/or other expenses arising from or in any way connected with the use of the Roswell Visitor Center property. A Certificate holder, Mail Management must have a copy of the Exhibitors Insurance prior to opening.
9. The parties agree that this constitutes their entire agreement and that it may not be altered or amended by further agreement of the parties.
10. Entry fees for the show are: $5.00 per vehicle, low rider or chopper bike.
